1. Return Eligibility

If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible:

• Contact us before shipping anything back, so we can send you return instructions.
• Return the product in its original packaging where possible.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see Section 5 (Exchanges) instead.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

• Email us at Info@friendlyfarms.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
• Ship the product back to the address we provide (return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is faulty).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
